The BU10065S-E3/45 is a single phase bridge rectifier from Vishay General Semiconductor, designed for AC/DC full wave rectification in applications such as switching power supplies, home appliances, and white goods.
Key electrical specifications include a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 600V and an average rectified forward current of 10A when used with a 60W air cooled heatsink at TC = 92°C. Without a heatsink, the free air rating is 3.2A at TA = 25°C. The device can handle a non-repetitive peak forward surge current of 120A (8.3 ms sine wave).
