The Infineon Technologies BTS736L2 is a smart high-side power switch designed for 5V, 12V, and 24V grounded loads. It features two active channels with N-channel MOSFETs, providing a nominal load current of up to 4.8A per channel and a low on-state resistance of 40m Ohm.
