The Infineon BTS7008-1EPP is a PROFET™ +2 12V smart high-side power switch. It is suitable for driving resistive, inductive, and capacitive loads up to 11A, replacing electromechanical relays and fuses. This device is qualified for automotive applications according to AEC-Q100 Grade 1.
Key features include integrated protection against overcurrent, undervoltage, and overtemperature, with controlled reactivation. Diagnostic capabilities include proportional load current sense, open load detection in ON and OFF states, and short circuit detection to ground and battery.
