The Infineon Technologies BTS441RGATMA1 is a single-channel smart power high-side switch designed for 5V, 12V, and 24V DC applications. It features an N-channel vertical power FET with integrated protective functions, including short circuit protection, current limitation, overload protection, and thermal shutdown.
