BTS409L1

The Infineon BTS409L1 is a versatile smart high-side power switch based on PROFET technology. It is designed for 12V and 24V automotive applications, replacing traditional relays and fuses. This N-channel vertical power FET integrates comprehensive protection functions including overload, current limitation, short circuit, thermal shutdown, and overvoltage protection (up to 43V).
