The Samtec BSW-120-04-T-S is a bottom mount socket strip from the BSW series. It features 20 positions in a single row with a 2.54mm (0.100") pitch. The receptacle accepts .025" square terminals and is designed for through hole bottom mount soldering, suitable for wave soldering only. Contacts are made of phosphor bronze with a matte tin plating, providing reliable performance. The insulator is black thermoplastic with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating. Electrical specifications include an insulation resistance of 5000 MΩ minimum and a withstanding voltage of 1000 VRMS at 60 Hz. The operating temperature range is -55°C to +105°C for tin plating. The insertion depth ranges from 3.68mm to 6.35mm plus board thickness. This connector is ideal for board-to-board stacking applications where low profile and high temperature soldering are required. It mates with Samtec's TSW, MTSW, HTSW, MTLW, TSM, EW, ZW, HW, DW, and PHT series terminal strips.
