The Samtec BSW-108-04-T-S is a 8-position single row bottom entry socket strip from the BSW series. It features a 2.54mm (0.100") pitch and tin plated phosphor bronze contacts, housed in a black thermoplastic insulator with UL94 V-0 flammability rating. The connector is designed for through hole bottom mount soldering, making it ideal for low profile board-to-board stacking applications.
This receptacle accepts .025" square terminals and supports an insertion depth of 3.68mm to 6.35mm plus board thickness. It is rated for operating temperatures from -55°C to +105°C with tin plating, with a withstanding voltage of 1000 VRMS at 60 Hz and insulation resistance of 5000 MΩ minimum.
