The BSS64 is an NPN bipolar junction transistor manufactured by On Semiconductor. It is designed for general purpose switching and amplification applications. The transistor features a maximum collector-emitter voltage (Vce) of 80V and a maximum collector current (Ic) of 200mA. Power dissipation is rated at 350mW.
