The BSS138W-7-F is an N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET from Diodes Incorporated, designed for low on-resistance and superior switching performance. It is rated for a maximum drain-source voltage of 50V and a continuous drain current of 200mA at 25°C ambient temperature. The device features a low on-resistance of 3.5 Ohms at 10V gate drive and 220mA drain current, and a low gate threshold voltage of 1.5V at 250µA.
This MOSFET is ideal for high efficiency power management applications, particularly load switching. It offers low input capacitance (50pF at 10V) and fast switching speed, making it suitable for DC-DC converters and other power control circuits. The device is built with a robust SOT-323 surface mount package, which is molded from a green, halogen-free compound and has a moisture sensitivity level of 1 (unlimited floor life).
The BSS138W-7-F is fully RoHS3 compliant, lead-free, and halogen-free, meeting environmental standards.
