The BSR43TA is an 80V NPN medium power transistor from Diodes Incorporated, designed for load management, solenoid relay driver, and DC-DC module applications. It features a collector-emitter breakdown voltage of 80V minimum, continuous collector current of 1A, and peak pulse current handling up to 2A. The transistor offers a DC current gain (hFE) of 100 minimum at 100mA and 5V, and low saturation voltage of 500mV maximum at 500mA. It is housed in a SOT89 surface mount package with matte tin finish, rated for operation from -65°C to 150°C junction temperature. The device is fully RoHS compliant, halogen and antimony free, and qualified to AEC-Q101 standards for high reliability. It is the complementary part to the BSR33 PNP transistor.
