The BSR18A is a PNP bipolar junction transistor manufactured by ON Semiconductor. It features a collector-emitter breakdown voltage of 40 V and a continuous collector current rating of 200 mA. The device offers a DC current gain (hFE) of at least 100 at 10 mA collector current and 1 V VCE, and a maximum saturation voltage of 400 mV at 50 mA collector current.
With a transition frequency of 250 MHz, the BSR18A is suitable for switching and amplification applications in the low to medium frequency range. The transistor can dissipate up to 350 mW of power and operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to 150°C.
The BSR18A is supplied in a surface-mount SOT-23-3 package, also referred to as TO-236-3 or SC-59. It is RoHS3 compliant and has an MSL rating of 1 (unlimited) for moisture sensitivity.
