The junction-to-ambient thermal resistance is 156°C/W (minimum footprint) and 100°C/W (1cm² pad). The operating junction temperature range is -65°C to 150°C.

 

The transistor is housed in a surface-mount SOT-223 package (TO-261) with gull wing leads, suitable for wave or reflow soldering. It is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 4000 units per reel.
