The BSP171PE6327 is a P-Channel enhancement mode MOSFET from Infineon Technologies, part of the SIPMOS family. It features a drain-source voltage rating of 60V and a continuous drain current of 1.9A at 25°C. The device offers low on-resistance of 300mOhm at 10V gate drive and 450mOhm at 4.5V, enabling logic-level operation. It is avalanche rated with a single pulse energy of 70mJ and has a reverse diode dv/dt capability of 6kV/µs.
The MOSFET is qualified according to AEC Q101 for automotive applications and is Pb-free and RoHS compliant. It is also halogen-free per IEC61249-2-21. The device is packaged in a PG-SOT223-4 surface-mount package, with tape and reel packaging available (H6327: 1000 pcs/reel).
