The Infineon BSP171P is a P-Channel SIPMOS Small-Signal MOSFET designed for various applications. It features enhancement mode operation and logic-level gate drive capability.

The on-state resistance (Rds(on)) is as low as 0.21 Ohms at VGS=-10V and ID=-1.9A.
