The Infineon BSF450NE7NH3 is an N-channel OptiMOS 3 Power MOSFET designed for high-performance applications. With a drain-source voltage rating of 75V and a maximum on-resistance of 45mΩ at 15A, this MOSFET is optimized for DC/DC converters.
