The Infineon BSC035N04LSGATMA1 is an N-channel enhancement mode power MOSFET from the OptiMOS 3 family, designed for high-efficiency power conversion in switch-mode power supplies (SMPS) and DC/DC converters. It features a maximum drain-source voltage of 40V and a continuous drain current rating of 100A at case temperature 25°C (derated to 21A at ambient 25°C).
The device delivers a very low on-resistance of 3.5mOhm (max) at Vgs=10V with 50A drain current, enabling reduced conduction losses. Gate charge is 64nC max, input capacitance is 5100pF at Vds=20V, and the MOSFET is avalanche tested with 50A avalanche current capability and 65mJ maximum avalanche energy.
The BSC035N04LSGATMA1 is housed in a PG-TDSON-8-1 (8-PowerTDFN) surface-mount package with gull-wing terminals. It is qualified according to JEDEC standards and supports logic-level gate drive (4.5V/10V). The device is halogen-free per IEC61249-2-21, has Pb-free plating, and is RoHS compliant.
