It also features a total gate charge (Qg) of 100 nC and a gate charge from 0V to 10V (Qg(0V..10V)) of 89 nC.

 

This MOSFET is fully qualified according to JEDEC for industrial applications and is optimized for high-performance switched-mode power supplies (SMPS), such as synchronous rectification. It is rated for a maximum operating temperature of 175°C and is 100% avalanche tested.

 

The component is supplied in a PG-TDSON-8 package with surface mount mounting type. It features Pb-free lead plating and is halogen-free according to IEC61249-2-21.
