The PANJIT BR310 is a Schottky barrier rectifier designed for surface mount applications. It is part of the BR34 Series and offers a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 100V and an average forward current rating of 3A.
This rectifier features a low forward voltage of 0.8V maximum at 3A, contributing to high efficiency and reduced power loss. It can handle a peak forward surge current of 80A (8.3ms single half sine-wave), making it suitable for applications with high inrush currents. The device is housed in a JEDEC DO-214AA (SMB) molded plastic case with solder-plated terminals and is marked with a color band to indicate the cathode end.
The BR310 is lead-free and RoHS 2.0 compliant, with a green molding compound per IEC 61249 standard. It operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to +150°C. Typical thermal resistance is 135°C/W junction-to-ambient (on FR4 with mini pad) and 23°C/W junction-to-lead (on FR4 with large copper pad).
