The BQ294682DRVR is a secondary-level overvoltage monitor and protector for Li-Ion battery pack systems from Texas Instruments. After a fixed delay, the output transitions to a high level. The output resets to a low level if the cell voltage drops below the set threshold minus hysteresis.
