BQ24002RGWR

The BQ24002RGWR from Texas Instruments is a highly integrated, single-cell, linear Li-ion battery charger IC. It is designed for applications such as PDAs and internet appliances, offering a continuous charge current of up to 1.2A.

This device features integrated voltage and current regulation with a programmable charge current, and high-accuracy voltage regulation of ±1%. It supports a battery charge voltage of 4.2V and operates with an input voltage range from 4.5V to 10V, with an absolute maximum input voltage of 13.5V. The operating temperature range is from -40°C to 70°C.

Key features include integrated FET pass transistor, reverse-blocking Schottky, and thermal protection.
