The Vishay Dale BPW34 is a miniature, flat, top-view, clear plastic package PIN photodiode. It offers high speed and high radiant sensitivity, making it suitable for detecting visible and near-infrared radiation. The device features a reverse voltage rating of 60V and a typical reverse dark current of 23nA at 10V.
