The C&K Components BPA04B is a side-actuated DIP switch from the BPA series, featuring a piano actuator and a through-hole, right-angle mounting type. This SPST switch offers 4 positions with gold-plated beryllium copper contacts and brass terminals, rated for 100mA at 5VDC or 25mA at 24VDC.
Designed for applications such as industrial controls, address switching, logic switching in computers and peripherals, and general function control, the BPA04B boasts a high-pressure contact system that does not require tape seal for washing. Its materials include a PPS housing and cover and a PA-6T actuator, both with UL 94 V-0 ratings.
Key specifications include a contact resistance of 50 milliohms initial max., insulation resistance of 100 megohms min. at 100 VDC, and a dielectric withstand voltage of 300 VAC for 1 minute.
