The Bosch BMP280 is a high-precision, low-power digital barometric pressure sensor module. It is designed to measure atmospheric pressure and air temperature, with the capability to also measure humidity. This six-pin module supports both I2C and SPI digital interfaces, offering flexibility in system integration.
The BMP280 sensor is pre-calibrated, allowing for immediate measurement after power-up without additional calibration components. It operates with a supply voltage range of 1.71V to 3.6V and features an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The sensor provides pressure readings with an accuracy of ±0.1kPa and can be used as an altimeter with an accuracy of ±1 meter.
