The BM10B-SRSS-TB is a 10-position, single-row shrouded header from JST Manufacturing's SH series. It is designed for wire-to-board applications with a 1.00mm pitch, accommodating male pin contacts with square cross-section made of copper alloy and tin-lead finish. The connector features a push-pull fastening mechanism and a four-wall shrouded housing for secure mating.
Rated for 1 A of current (AWG #28) and 50 V, the header provides reliable electrical performance with initial contact resistance of 20 mΩ maximum and 40 mΩ maximum after environmental tests. Insulation resistance is 100 MΩ minimum, and the connector withstands 500 VAC for one minute without breakdown.
The insulator is made of polyamide (nylon) with UL94 V-0 flammability rating, natural color, and a height of 4.25mm. The header is surface mount with solder termination and includes a solder retention feature for secure board attachment. Operating temperature range is -25°C to 85°C.
