The BM07B-SRSS-TB is a 7-position, single-row, surface mount header from JST's SR series. It features a 1.00mm pitch, shrouded 4-wall design, and push-pull fastening, making it suitable for board-to-cable/wire connections. The header is designed for automated assembly with vacuum pick-and-place capability.
Electrical specifications include a current rating of 0.7 A AC/DC, voltage rating of 50 V AC/DC, initial contact resistance of 20 mΩ maximum, insulation resistance of 100 MΩ minimum, and withstanding voltage of 500 VAC for one minute without breakdown. The operating temperature range is -25°C to 85°C.
Mechanically, the header uses phosphor bronze contacts with a tin finish, and the insulator is made of polyamide (nylon) with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating. The natural color insulator has a height of 4.25 mm. The header is designed for use with AWG #30 wire and features twin U-slot insulation displacement contacts.
