The Yageo BK250-060-DZ is a positive temperature coefficient (PTC) resettable overcurrent protection device from the BK250 series. It has a holding current of 60 mA and a trip current of 120 mA. The maximum voltage rating is 250V, and the maximum interrupt current is 3A. Typical power dissipation is 0.8W. Initial resistance is 20Ω minimum, rising to 45Ω maximum after a trip event.
