The BH2B-XH-2(LF)(SN) is a JST XH series wire-to-board header with 2 positions arranged in a single row at a 2.5mm pitch. The connector features a shrouded 4-wall design with a detent lock fastening type for secure mating. It is rated for 3A AC/DC current and 250V AC/DC voltage, with an operating temperature range of -25°C to 85°C.
Contacts are male pins made of copper alloy with a tin finish. The housing insulation material is glass-filled polyamide (PA66/Nylon 6/6) rated UL94 V-0 for flammability. The header supports both press-fit and solder termination. Contact resistance is 20 mΩ maximum initial and 30 mΩ after environmental tests. Insulation resistance is 1000 MΩ minimum, with a withstanding voltage of 1000 VAC for 1 minute.
