The Mini-Circuits BFCN-2975+ is a low temperature co-fired ceramic (LTCC) band pass filter designed for RF applications. It has a center frequency of 2975 MHz and a passband bandwidth of 870 MHz, covering 2570 to 3440 MHz. Typical insertion loss is 2.2 dB with a maximum of 3 dB, and typical return loss is 7.4 dB with a minimum of 6 dB. The filter provides stop band rejection of 20 dB minimum (26 dB typical) from DC to 1700 MHz and from 4000 to 7500 MHz.
The filter is housed in a compact FV1206 case style (1206 footprint) with wrap-around terminations for excellent solderability. It is rated for up to 1.5 W RF power handling at +25°C, derated to 0.25 W at +100°C. Operating temperature range is -55°C to +100°C. The LTCC construction provides a rugged package suitable for high humidity and high temperature environments.
