The BFCN-2275+ is an LTCC (Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramic) band pass filter from Mini-Circuits designed for the 2170 to 2380 MHz frequency range with a center frequency of 2.275 GHz. It features a typical insertion loss of 2.0 dB and a maximum of 3 dB, with a 50 Ohm impedance. The filter is constructed with 12 layers to achieve a miniature size and high repeatability of performance. Wrap-around terminations minimize parasitic effects and provide excellent solderability. The filter handles up to 1.5 W RF power at 25°C and 0.25 W at 100°C. It is housed in a compact surface-mount FV1206 package (3.20mm x 1.60mm x 0.94mm) suitable for high-density PCB layouts. The operating temperature range is -55°C to 100°C.
