This film capacitor is a 0.47 µF ±10% component rated at 250 VDC. It uses a metallized polyester dielectric (polyethylene terephthalate) with a mono construction. The capacitor is encapsulated in a flame retardant epoxy material meeting UL 94 V-0 and has tinned wire leads.

Electrical characteristics include a dissipation factor of ≤ 75 x 10⁻⁴ at 1 kHz, ≤ 120 x 10⁻⁴ at 10 kHz, and ≤ 225 x 10⁻⁴ at 100 kHz. Minimum insulation resistance (RC) is > 10 000 s at 100 V for 1 minute. The maximum pulse slope (dU/dt) is 120 V/µs at rated voltage.

The capacitor operates over -55 °C to +105 °C with a rated temperature of 85 °C. Climatic class is 55/105/56 per IEC 60068-1. Reference standard is IEC 60384-2.

Package is radial leaded through-hole with 7.50 mm lead spacing. Body dimensions are 17.50 mm length, 6.50 mm width, and 16.00 mm seated height. Suitable for general purpose applications including blocking, coupling, bypass, and energy reservoir circuits.
