The BDX33C is an NPN Darlington transistor designed for general-purpose switching and amplification applications. It features a collector-emitter voltage (Vceo) of 100V and a continuous collector current (Ic) rating of 10A, with a power dissipation of 70W. The device offers a minimum DC current gain (hFE) of 750 at Ic=3A, Vce=3V, and a maximum collector-emitter saturation voltage (Vce(sat)) of 2.5V at Ib=6mA, Ic=3A.
