The BD3150N50100AHF by TTM Technologies (formerly Anaren) is a sub-miniature unbalanced to balanced transformer (BALUN). It is designed for differential inputs and output locations on modern RFIC chipsets, covering the MMDS and low end of the UWB frequency range.
This RF transformer features an unbalanced port impedance of 50 Ohms and a 100 Ohms balanced port impedance. It enables single-ended signals to be applied to differential ports on integrated chipsets. The output ports provide an equal amplitude of -3dB with a 180-degree phase differential.
Designed for ease of use in high-volume manufacturing, the BD3150N50100AHF comes in a surface mount package and is available on tape and reel. It offers higher performance compared to traditional ceramic baluns.
