The BD244A is a PNP bipolar junction transistor manufactured by ON Semiconductor. It is designed for general-purpose switching and linear amplifier applications.
The transistor features a collector-emitter breakdown voltage of 60V, a continuous collector current rating of 6A, and a maximum power dissipation of 65W.
