Key electrical specifications: maximum collector-emitter voltage 45V, collector current 1.5A, base current 0.5A. Power dissipation 1.25W at 25°C ambient, 12.5W at case temperature 25°C. DC current gain (hFE) minimum 40 at 150mA, 2V. Collector-emitter saturation voltage 500mV at 500mA/50mA.

 

Through-hole mounting in TO-225AA (TO-126-3) package. Supplied in rail (tube) packaging, 50 pieces per rail. RoHS compliant, Pb-Free, Halogen Free/BFR Free. Operating junction temperature range -55°C to 150°C.

 

Suitable for audio amplifier output stages, driver circuits, and general purpose switching and amplification. Note: The datasheet indicates this device is discontinued and not recommended for new designs.
