This SPST switch offers 4 positions and is rated for 100mA at 5VDC. It has a contact resistance of typically 50 milliohms and an insulation resistance of a minimum 1 Gohm. The switch is built with a glass-filled polyester (PBT) case and cover, and glass-filled nylon 6/6 actuator. Contacts are gold over nickel over phosphor bronze, and terminals are matte-tin over nickel over phosphor bronze.

 

The BD04 is designed for through-hole mounting and has a pitch of 2.54mm (0.100"). It operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C and has a mechanical and electrical life of 10,000 make-and-break cycles.
