BCX5116TA is a PNP medium power transistor from Diodes Incorporated, part of the BCX51/52/53 series. It features a collector-emitter breakdown voltage of -45V (minimum), continuous collector current of -1A, and peak pulse current of -2A. The DC current gain (hFE) is typically 100 at 150mA and 2V.
