The BCV47TA is a high-gain NPN Darlington transistor manufactured by Diodes Incorporated. It features a collector-emitter breakdown voltage of 60V and a continuous collector current rating of 500mA. With a minimum DC current gain of 10,000 at 100mA, it provides exceptional amplification in a compact surface mount package.
This device is designed for general purpose switching and amplification applications where high current gain is required. The Darlington configuration offers a very high input impedance and reduces the drive current needed. The transistor can dissipate up to 330mW of power and operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to 150°C.
The BCV47TA is supplied in a SOT-23-3 surface mount package, also known as TO-236-3 or SC-59. It is lead-free and RoHS3 compliant (unverified), with a moisture sensitivity level of 1 (unlimited). The transition frequency is 170 MHz, suitable for audio and low-frequency switching applications.
