The Samtec BCS-124-L-S-PE is a Tiger Claw pass-through socket from the BCS series. It features 24 positions arranged in a single row on a 2.54mm (0.100") pitch. The connector uses a pass-through entry design and is mounted via through hole with solder termination.
The receptacle is rated for 4.6A per contact when mated with TSW series and 5.0A per contact when mated with TSM series (2 positions powered). The voltage rating is 475VAC (datasheet indicates 495VAC for -PE mated with TSM). Operating temperature range is -55°C to +125°C.
The insulator is made of black liquid crystal polymer with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating. Contacts are phosphor bronze with 10µ" gold plating on the mating area and matte tin on the tail. The connector is lead-free solderable and mates with Samtec TSW, MTSW, HTSW, HMTSW, TSS, ZSS, DW, EW, ZW, HW, TSM, MTLW, and PHT series.
