The Broadcom BCM5389KFBG is an eighth-generation 8-port Gigabit Ethernet switch-on-a-chip with integrated SerDes. It provides nine MACs (802.x compliant) and a non-blocking 9-Gigabit Ethernet switch fabric. The device includes a 128KB packet buffer and supports jumbo frames up to 9KB. It is managed via an SPI interface for easy setup and operation.
