The BC858CW-7-F is a PNP small-signal bipolar junction transistor from Diodes Incorporated, designed for general-purpose switching and audio frequency amplifier applications. It features a maximum collector-emitter voltage of -30V, a continuous collector current of -100mA, and a power dissipation of 200mW.
With a DC current gain (hFE) of minimum 420 at 2mA collector current and 5V collector-emitter voltage, the device offers high amplification capability. The transition frequency is 200 MHz, making it suitable for low-frequency signal processing. The collector-emitter saturation voltage is typically low at 650mV maximum under test conditions.
