The BC857B is a PNP bipolar junction transistor designed for general purpose switching and amplification. It is part of the BC857 series and offers a collector-emitter voltage rating of 45V and a continuous collector current of 100mA.
Electrical characteristics include a DC current gain (hFE) ranging from 220 to 475 at VCE=5V, IC=2mA. The transition frequency is 100 MHz.
