The BC848ALT1G is an NPN silicon general purpose transistor from ON Semiconductor, part of the BC846ALT1G series. It is designed for general purpose switching and amplification applications.
Key electrical specifications include a collector-emitter breakdown voltage (VCEO) of 30V, continuous collector current (IC) of 100mA, and a DC current gain (hFE) of 110 minimum at 2mA, 5V. The transistor features a transition frequency (fT) of 100MHz and a maximum Vce saturation voltage of 600mV at 5mA base current and 100mA collector current.
