The BC847BVC-7-F from Diodes Incorporated is an NPN dual small signal transistor designed for surface mount applications. It is housed in the ultra-small SOT563 package, making it suitable for space-constrained designs. It can handle a continuous collector current of 100mA and dissipates up to 150mW at 25°C ambient temperature.
