The BC847BLT1 is an NPN bipolar junction transistor manufactured by ON Semiconductor. It features a maximum collector-emitter voltage (VCEO) of 45V and a continuous collector current rating of 100mA. The device offers a DC current gain (hFE) of at least 200 at 2mA collector current and 5V VCE, making it suitable for general purpose switching and amplification applications.
