The BC847A-TP is an NPN bipolar junction transistor from Micro Commercial, part of the BC847 series. It features a maximum collector-emitter voltage of 45V, continuous collector current of 100mA, and power dissipation of 200mW. These ratings make it suitable for low-power switching and amplification applications.
