The BC847A-7-F is an NPN small signal transistor from Diodes Incorporated, part of the BC846A–BC848C family. It is designed for switching and AF amplifier applications and is ideally suited for automatic insertion.
Key electrical specifications include a collector-emitter voltage (Vceo) of 45V, a collector-base voltage (Vcbo) of 50V, and a collector current (Ic) of 100mA.
