This component integrates two transistors within a single, very small SOT363-3 (SC-88) surface-mounted device plastic package, which helps reduce component count and board space without mutual interference between the transistors.

 

Key electrical characteristics include a maximum collector-emitter voltage (VCEO) of 65V and a maximum collector current (IC) of 100mA per transistor. The DC current gain (hFE) is a minimum of 110 under typical test conditions (VCE = 5V, IC = 2mA, Tamb = 25°C). The device also has a maximum collector-base voltage (VCBO) of 80V and a maximum emitter-base voltage (VEBO) of 6V.
