The BC846BLP4-7B is an NPN small signal transistor from Diodes Incorporated designed for general purpose switching and amplification. It offers a maximum collector-emitter voltage of 65V and continuous collector current of 100mA (peak 200mA). The device provides a high minimum DC current gain of 200 at Ic=2mA, Vce=5V and a typical transition frequency of 300MHz.
