The BC846ALT3G is a general-purpose NPN silicon transistor from On Semiconductor's BC846ALT1G series. It is designed for use in switching and amplification applications requiring moderate voltage and current handling. The device offers a maximum collector-emitter voltage (VCEO) of 65V, a collector-base voltage (VCBO) of 80V, and a continuous collector current (IC) of 100mA. With a DC current gain (hFE) of 110 minimum at 2mA and 5V, it provides reliable amplification.
