The BC818-40LT1G is an NPN silicon epitaxial planar transistor designed for general purpose amplifier and switching applications. It is manufactured by On Semiconductor (onsemi) and offers a maximum collector-emitter voltage (VCEO) of 25V, collector-base voltage (VCBO) of 30V, and emitter-base voltage (VEBO) of 5V.
